We hope you enjoy an exceptional experience at relatively low rates. Although we don’t actively monitor, manage or maximize our rates, we initially used the following reference points in establishing our seasonable pricing.
- ~80% less than smaller, one-bedrooms with kitchenettes at Stein Eriksen, Montage, St. Regis and Waldorf Astoria.
- ~50% less than rates charged by three leading property management companies for comparable units listed on Airbnb, Vrbo and/or Expedia.
- ~20% less than the rates charged by private owners for units that aren’t as large, nice and/or convenient as Enclave 28.
Given the relatively low rates we offer, it’s challenging for us to manage bookings. Therefore, all reservations require prepayment for the total amount of your stay. All reservations are subject to our Change and Cancellation policy.
